Order Processing
As I am a small business and often out on the trail for rides with customers please allow up to 24 hours for processing your order. Once it is process, you will be notified that it is in the next step towards you receiving your products. In the event of power outages, winter storms or delays on the distribution side of things I will notify you about the delay. Unfortunately those reasons are out of my control.
Shipping Policy
Local Deliveries ( Campbell River,BC to Victoria,BC)
I am able to deliver on Vancouver Island with in the area from Campbell River to Victoria. Usually this can be arranged within 24 hours but is subject to my availability. I will reach out if this option is selected.
British Columbia and outstide Local Deliveries
All deliveries are subject to delays. This is dependant on the selected shipping company and not my responsibility.
I do my best to select the best shipping company to get you your product as fast as possible. If you are in British Columbia and would like to receive your product faster that listed on the check out page, please contact me directly at 7785573555 and I will do my best to work with you.
Outside of Canada
I am happy to ship outside of Canada. There is always the possibility of extra fees that aren't listed on my website due to import/export taxes and fees. You will be responsible for all extra fees outside of the shipping fees listed on our check out.
Local Pickup
Local pick up is available as an option. Please be kind as this is my home residence and I have a family. Contact me directly at 7785573555 or email at endurowithme@gmail.com to arrange pickup. This can usually be done outside of business hours to make sure you get back out on the trails!
