Thank you for shopping at Enduro With Me. I want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.

 

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, I will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the status of your refund.

2.2 Refund Method
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed and for the credit to be reflected in your account.

2.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

3.2 Return Shipping
If you are exchanging an item due to a defect or damage, I will cover the cost of return shipping.
